2. Data we process and purpose

We process the data you provide through the diagnostic form: name, hotel or chain, approximate annual energy spend and email address. The purpose is to handle your diagnostic request and maintain the related commercial contact about the service.

We do not collect special categories of data nor carry out automated profiling with legal effects.

3. Legal basis

The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6.1.a GDPR), given when you submit the form. You may withdraw it at any time without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.

4. Retention

We keep your data for as long as the relationship arising from your request lasts and, thereafter, for the legally required periods. When you withdraw consent, we will delete it unless legally required to retain it.

5. Recipients and processors

To provide the service we use providers acting as processors under appropriate contractual safeguards:

  • Brevo (Sendinblue SAS): contact management and email communications.
  • The website hosting provider.

We do not share your data with third parties except where legally required. If any provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, it will be done with the appropriate GDPR safeguards (e.g. standard contractual clauses).

6. Cookies and analytics

This site uses no tracking or advertising cookies, and no third-party profiling cookies. The form captcha (ALTCHA) works by proof of work and uses no cookies.

To measure site usage we use Umami, an analytics tool that uses no cookies and collects no identifiable personal data, so it does not require your prior consent.

7. Your rights

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability by writing to [correo de contacto], proving your identity.
